2. Shipping Policy

 

We offer 3 options of shipping: 

 

•  STORE PICK-UP

​

After receiving the email that your order is ready to be delivered, you can pick it up immediately at our store. 

This service is FREE of charge.

 

•  SHIPPING ALL OVER CYPRUS 

 

We provide FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER €50.

Orders will be delivered within Cyprus using ACS Courier to all cities within 2-4 working days from the day we dispatch your order.

You can pick it up from your nearest ACS office. ACS Store Pick-Up points are free of charge over €50.

For orders less than €50 the shipping fee of €3.70 will be added.

Extra Information

Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Although we use all reasonable ways to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unpredicted delay. 

Kindly be advised that on any public holiday dates deliveries will not be completed. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

We provide FREE HOME DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER €90.

For orders less than €90 the shipping costs of €4.50 will be added at the checkout.

3. Return Policy

 

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange or an Alternative Product of the same value. Funds are not returned.

The Security Tag must still be undamaged and attached to returned items.

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Pamboris Sports Ltd.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The return shipping costs will be the Client’s responsibility. Returns must be shipped within 15 days of the order’s delivery date. The cost of shipping of the exchanged product will be the client’s responsibility. The exchanged product should be chosen as fast as possible within 1 month from the date of the first order.

 

Return Terms & Conditions

• The Security Tag must still be undamaged and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.

• Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

• Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

• Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Items that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the client.

• In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite clients to immediately contact pamborissports@gmail.com Pamboris Sports Ltd. reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise.​

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the succeeding terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance of the order price.

 

Expedition times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Cyprus only and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be accountable. In order to buy products from Pamboris Sports ltd. you must be over 18 years old and hold a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Pamboris Sports ltd. keeps the right to refuse any request made by you. Pamboris Sports ltd. has the right to nullify any pending order made. 

 

When placing an order you accept that all details you procure us are accurate, that you are an approved user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are adequate funds to cover the cost of the products. All prices advertised are subject to changes without notice.

 

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Although we try and safeguard that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are authentic and correct, errors may occur. If we recognize an error in the price of any product which you have ordered we will inform you about this as soon as possible and give you the choice of reaccepting your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to connect with you, we will cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the product, you will obtain a full refund.

 

All prices are inclusive of 19% VAT. Shipping costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are distinctly visible where appropriate and incorporated in the 'Total Cost'.

ORDER PROCEDURE

After putting your products in the cart you can can create an account. Our system will save your order in your User Account, where you can review and track all your orders as often as you like. Later you choose your preferred Shipping option. Order with an In-store Pickup will be reserved at our store for 3 working days.

 

You will be able to place and review your order in the English language only.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and  Pamboris Sports Ltd.
